Saratoga Trails Alliance hopes to collaborate with every trail-oriented organization and community group in Saratoga County, aiming to elevate and broaden the reach of these organizations' messages, encouraging more people to enjoy the great outdoors in Saratoga County. We encourage you to share your organization's events, such as group runs, group mountain bike rides, trail maintenance days and guided hikes so we can include them on our website. Advocate for Trail Funding
Federal and state grants have been key to the development and construction of some of Saratoga County’s most popular trails. To learn more about policy developments impacting trail funding on the federal level, check out the advocacy section of Rails to Trails’ website. On the state level, Parks & Trails New York works tirelessly to promote NY’s public lands and greenways. You can make your support for trails knows to state officials through their website. You can also find minutes and webcasts for the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors’ Trails and Open Space Committee meetings here.
